Miami plastic surgeon, Dr. Deirdre Marshall is one of Florida’s leading physicians in the area of plastic surgery.  For the last 20 years, she has held medical licenses in four states, as well as two board certifications in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  In 2009, Dr. Marshall was named to South Florida’s “Super Doctor’s” list.  In addition, our doctor is considered an expert breast reconstruction and pediatric cranial, facial, and hand surgeon.  She has taken several overseas surgical missions to Vietnam and various locations in Central and South America to educate and provide treatment to children in indigent and poverty-stricken areas.

Dr. Marshall graduated from Yale University.  She completed her medical degree at the Stanford School of Medicine in Palo Alto, California, where she completed an internship and residency in a combined program in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery.  Dr. Marshall has also completed fellowship training in hand and microsurgery in Paris and cosmetic surgery in Miami Beach.  Dr. Marshall runs one of the leading cosmetic and reconstructive surgery centers in South Miami since 1993.

A highly respected plastic surgeon in Miami, Dr. Marshall has been honored with numerous academic awards and honors including the Katherine M. McCormick Foundation Award for Women in Medicine and the Stanford University School of Medicine Research Honors Award.

Dr Deidre Marshall doesn't know how to perform an arm lift tummy tuck or breast reduction. /he messed me up

Dr. Diedre Marshall is amazing! I had a double mastectomy with her in 2012, several reconstructive surgeries since, and now go to her for my botox/fillers....

Dr Marshall did my reconstruction in 2009. She did exactly what I said I did not want. Having a bi lateral mastectomy was hard enough but when asked to bring pictures and explain what I wanted. I just wanted to be as close to what I was before surgery and that was a b. She disregarded my wishes I left a full D and when I told her how unhappy I was she said she could redo it. I asked how could I trust her when I trusted her the first time and how unhappy I was. Her reply was she could do it while I was awake and they would hold up a mirror for my approval. It's now 2024 and I'm even embarrassed for dr's to see my horrible breasts. Another surgeon saw them last year and was appalled at what they looked like. I went to another surgeon but it was going to cost me over $7000.00 and no guarantee that it would work too much scar tissue. I'm stuck with what she did but if anyone is looking at these statements please you can reference this I'm sure she'll know who I am and what she did. I wish all of you a healthy happy life. There are good plastic surgeons out there. She is not one of them......

I am a breast cancer survivor who had a double mastectomy and reconstruction with Dr. Marshall. I am very happy with my results. My breasts look amazing! Dr. Marshall gave me my self-confidence back. Dr. Marshall is a very down to earth and caring doctor. I wouldn’t change her for any other doctor. I trust her for any future surgery. I highly recommend her to everyone!

I am very happy with the results of my surgery with Dr Deirdre Marshall. I had 360 lipo/ explant/ fat grafting and mastopexy. My post op pain was minimal. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in to waking up post op. I feel like Dr Marshall is extremely skilled and caring and genuinely wants her patients to have optimal results. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends Edited to add I’m currently 4 weeks post op and feeling great. I am really enjoying trying on clothes. It’s really helped my self esteem.

Currently 3months post op from a breast reduction. I had lost a lot of weight so my breasts were full of skin, not so much fat and down to my belly button as a 28year old 😅. I was hesitant as to how Dr. Marshall would save them but she DELIVERED. Everything I’ve asked for, she did it! My recovery was extremely fast and painless; barely had any soreness. There’s no true word to use to explain how happy I am with my results. My scars are thin lines and perfect! Highly recommend!!!
