When I met Dr.Hickle for my consultation, she immediately made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Hickle listened to me and explained everything in detail so there were no unanswered questions. My breast reduction surgery was 3 months ago and I can’t believe the difference. I feel like a completely different person.I had so much discomfort and stress prior to my procedure and if anyone asks if I have any regrets, the answer is “I wish I would have done it sooner”. I had lost a significant amount of weight that was really in the way of my exercising and causing very uncomfortable rashes. I went to a specialist to discuss skin removal but the only service they could offer was a panniculectomy. I wanted some additional work done to help the contouring of my torso so I was referred to Plastic & Hand. From start to finish, I had the most wonderful experience. Dr. Zelones was my surgeon and he was so kind and welcoming! He put me at ease with the decisions of what would be best for me and was super encouraging the entire way through. The nurses were also very sweet and had amazing bedside manner when I had the surgery done. I got a panniculectomy, fleur de lis tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift, and an axillaryplasty (I think that’s what it’s called but it’s the removal of the excess skin under the armpit). The healing process was of course uncomfortable at times but Dr. Zelones did such a wonderful job, I was more excited than anything! I posted some photos of my journey in my bariatric support group and received nothing but compliments and “OMG! Who is your surgeon?! Where did you go?! That is the best panniculectomy I’ve ever seen!” and this was only 2 weeks post-op! I am now 6 weeks post-op and I am so thrilled with the results, I’ve already cried happy tears about it! I highly recommend Plastic & Hand for any cosmetic needs!

When my biopsy results came back from a routine dermatology appointment, my doctor referred me to Plastic and Hand to remove the insitu melanoma. They got me right in with Dr. Hickle in just a couple of days. She even scheduled me for surgery on a day she wasn’t due to be in the office. All of my next appointments were also scheduled quickly. My scar looks amazing, after only one month. I never had to wait long to be seen by the nurse or doctor at any of my appointments. I highly recommend them!
