Profile

Geoffrey Stiller, M.D., FACS, FAACS is the Director of Stiller Aesthetics and is proud to provide over 20 years of surgical experience to the Inland Northwest. He is fellowship trained in Cosmetic Surgery, Board Certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and by The American Board of Surgery in General Surgery. He is one of only a handful of surgeons nationally with a focus on the surgical care of transgender patients.

Dr. Stiller has over 20 years of experience in general surgery, trauma and cancer surgery as well as serving four years as a major in the United States Air Force as a General surgeon. His time spent with Airfare allowed him to gain experience in a wide variety of surgical techniques and medical practice, establishing an outstanding base from which to grow.

Since medical school, Dr. Stiller had always been determined to find a path to be trained in transgender care, specifically gender affirming surgery. He completed his fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery in 2008 and has subspecialized in Cosmetics and Transgender surgery since that time. Even with his training in gender surgery regarding body contouring, facial and chest surgery, he still struggled to find a program at that time that were teaching Vaginoplasties. He then sought out Maurice Garcia, MD who is a Reconstructive Urologist in California specializing in Gender Affirming Surgery. After his training with Dr. Garcia, he became fully invested in Gender surgery and Aesthetics and decided to create a practice centralized on care for transgender care and cosmetics.

As he was practicing in Moscow, Idaho the demands started to increase for transgender affirming surgery. After dealing with multiple controversies in the community of the Palouse regarding transgender care he felt it was much safer to take care of patients in a metropolitan area, thus starting his Stiller Aesthetics practice in Spokane.

Dr. Stiller has been a faculty member of the National Society of Cosmetic Physician and the WWAMI program of the University of Washington Medical School, teaching both accomplished physicians and novice medical students. He frequently has nursing students, medical students, and physicians observing his operations and clinic practice. Dr. Stiller is also involved in the United States Professional Association for Transgender Health (USPATH) and World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

I would not recommend this clinic. At first I absolutely loved them and recommended them to everyone but not with how things ended for me. I started out having a great experience with everyone until I had gone thru a few revisions and realized something wasn’t right. I went for implant replacement and wasn’t having issues with my current implants at the time except they were not the right profile for my goals. After having them replaced, I’ve had nothing but issues with one side. Right from my consultation until my last visit, I was verbally given “guarantees” then when I questioned things at the end I was talked to like an idiot and told there’s no guarantees in medicine which I know because I work in the medical field. Don’t be giving verbal guarantees to people when you aren’t going to stand by them. I was told things that weren’t true in my visits just to satisfy me and by time in my opinion. I’m still having issues and having to be treated by another surgeon which is costing a lot more money. I was told that Strattice was being used to address my issues on multiple occasions and was even charged for it however it was never used. I didn’t consent to my IMF being “removed” or “lowered” however that was done and wasn’t told to me until a few weeks after one of my surgeries when I questioned how things looked. I was told that my breast/implant would move upwards on my chest once swelling went down which is not what happens. I also acquired a pretty bad infection after one of my surgeries which required my implants be removed under local anesthetic. That has left me with some mental trauma. I have spent around $20,000 with their clinic just to be left with an issue that is becoming hard and very expensive to fix.

I recently had an arm lift procedure, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! From start to finish, the staff was **amazing**—professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. My plastic surgeon was nothing short of **top-notch**—a true expert in their field. Their attention to detail, skill, and personalized approach made all the difference. They listened to my concerns, provided thoughtful recommendations, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The entire process—from consultation to recovery—was seamless, thanks to the incredible team. If you're considering an arm lift or any cosmetic procedure, I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic practice!

Surgeon did a good job on my chin and brow shave. However during my initial consultation I brought up lip and cheek augmentation, and was told it could be discussed at a later date before my surgery, it was never addressed anytime afterwards despite efforts on my part to stay in communication with the surgical consultant. Personally, I wasn’t happy with the brow lift results from my gender affirming procedure. I had a post op video appointment where I planned to bring up my issues with the asymmetry of the left side of the hairline (the right side in the second photo). The surgeon cut me off and spoke over me during the video appointment. He brought up that it was always asymmetrical, which is true; however, the left side was noticeably less square before and there was never a distinct S shape on the left side of my widows peak. (The photo on the right side can be observed for reference). Once again I was told we could further discuss my concerns or look into the possibility of a revision at a later date. Overall I have pretty mixed feelings about the final results. I will likely seek care elsewhere in the future. Update: scars have pretty severe signs of trauma despite following a strict post operative care regiment. I really think this team has established a pattern of behavior where they mistreat and carelessly go about the care of their transgender patients.

Had an amazing experience with Stiller’s office! I felt taken care of/comfortable throughout the whole process and couldn’t have asked for a better team and better handling of my worrisome self. Dr stiller first did an amazing job, but also made sure I am happy with my end result! I’ll definitely be back for any future needs!

Dr. Stiller and his staff were professional and extremely welcoming. Dr. Stiller made the consult comfortable, and was easy to discuss options with. He was informative and open to questions, while making you feel at ease. Kelly was so sweet during my consultation and relatable. They make you feel at home. I’ve only had the consult so far, but they make you feel comfortable while you’re there! I really enjoyed my first visit. Thank you Dr. Stiller and staff!
