I have had NOTHING but amazing experiences with this office. My surgery went EXTREMELY well and healing was so quick. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and ready to assist. The referrals to other offices has been an amazing process as well. I have never been so seen and heard in a clinical setting. My life has truly changed for the better in their capable hands.

I had an amazing experience with Doctor Cilento and his entire staff! Everyone was incredibly helpful and courteous, making me feel comfortable from start to finish. Doctor Cilento is not only knowledgeable but also very personable, which made the visit even better. They explain every procedure in detail and even provide a sheet to take home for reference. The facility also has encouraging messages throughout, which adds to the positive atmosphere. They’re upfront about their prices, giving you a clear plan with all the numbers—no surprises. Dr. Cilento truly sets the tone for his team, making you smile and giving you hope. I highly recommend them!

Needed multiple medical surgeries for my nose & sinuses, and I opted into doing a rhinoplasty for aesthetic purposes as well in August. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results that I’m seeing and how it’s healing, Dr. Cilento REALLY knows what he’s doing! It is looking great, already breathing through my nose a lot better, and no complications with the healing after. Shocked at how minimal my bruising was with all the change that took place. Everyone is saying how amazing it looks and it will only continue to look better as swelling goes down over the coming months. I was extremely nervous, but choosing Dr. Cilento to do this was the best decision I could’ve made! His P.A., William, has also been fantastic in helping me through this process. I love the staff, and I feel so lucky that I chose their team for such a major life event!

Everyone if you go to Dr. Ben Cilento be careful because he does not actually care about you as a patient and he only cares about money and not your HEALTH. When I first came to this doctor, he told me my condition that I had a severely deviated septum. He then told me I needed a nasal endoscopy and a CT scan done. Afterwards, he prescribed me medications and nasal rinse that I can only get at the Gloyer's pharmacy at which he assigned only. One day, Ben Cilento did not show up to check up on me, so another Doctor took his place and came to check up on me instead. I explained my situation to the other doctor of how I am currently feeling and how I did not feel any different in my symptoms from taking the medication. This doctor then prescribed me a different medication. After a few weeks later, I find out that I was not supposed to take these medications. Dr. Ben Cilento said the other doctor did not know what he was doing. I was shocked because I put my full trust and time in the doctor only to find out that he wasted my time from all the appointments that kept on RESCHEDULING and the money that I wasted when nothing was done correctly. This shows the lack of professionalism, lack of responsibility, and lack of caring in the patient's health. I am very very DISAPPOINTED. Even when I try to have a talk with Doctor Cilento, I noticed that he keeps on rushing out or leaving the room. I barely had time to even ask him any questions or understand what process was going to happen next. I paid so much money to this doctor and to the pharmacy. All I can say is that I would strongly advise you all to be cautious if you are thinking about getting care from this doctor. UPDATE: I am a patient of Ben Cilento and I am stating the truth of my own experience. I do not understand why this doctor does not want to own up to his own fault. I have put in too much time and money for him to fail to properly care for me as his patient and give me the respect needed. I am very disappointed.

I had a great experience with TSS and Dr. Cilento. The doctor and his staff immediately and properly diagnosed my snoring and breathing issues and recommended two procedures to permanently fix my issues. I had no idea my sleep was affected and after a few weeks, I feel better than I ever had. I am sleeping better, breathing better, and my loud snoring is a problem of the past. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the entire process from diagnosis to post-op care. The doctor and staff were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kept me comfortable through the entire process. These procedures were life changing and I'm grateful to Dr. Cilento and his awesome team!
