Dr. Smith is tenacious! He doesn’t give up, until he finds the cure. My wife suffered from migraines for 38 years. They progressed from episodic to chronic to chronic daily. Other doctors either gave up or treated the symptoms. Dr. Smith diligently worked to identify the root cause and eliminate it. We will forever be in his debt. Thank God for Dr. Kevin Smith! It’s been a fair amount of time since Dr. Smith for my surgery and I haven’t even had a regular head ache yet let alone a migraine. I healed quickly and the surgery and healing process was not even really that painful. My Migraines were very very severe and I used to have a frovatripan in my pocket where ever I went just in case I would get one. Even when taking the meds I would pray for the migraine to resolve with in 4 hrs. Not only did I wake up with silent migraines that affected me and caused symptoms nearly everyday but it impacted my life so badly that I had to stay indoors and out of the sun because I was photosensitive and sensitive to pressure changes in the environment which happen often where I live. (Chinooks) it’s a Canada thing. I now don’t have to spend several hundred dollars a month on frovatriptan and ubrelvy but I also used to drink alcohol a lot just to calm the silent migraines. I now am a social drinker and I don’t carry any medications with me. They affected every area of my life every day. I truly have my life back! It all because I trusted Dr. Smith. He truly does have a passion for curing migraines. He really does know the root cause and really does eradicate them. I had many more symptoms then just migraine symptoms that resolved that I had no idea were connected. I used to also suffer terrible brain fog and my short term memory was terrible. Oddly I can breath better to. My life is getting back to normal. I am waking up earlier and earlier. It’s like my body has reset. Every person in the clinic is awesome. Honestly as a Canadian I can truly say that they put our politeness to shame. They worked with me in order to make the surgery fit. They literally went out of there way to make sure I was ok at every turn before and after the procedure. I don’t have enough words to describe how awesome Dr. Smith and his team are. Also I was told migraines can’t be cured. Dr. Smith is the real deal and he cured mine. So they can be cured!!! I will always be grateful. I’m not suffering anymore. I would recommend anyone with migraines, sinus issues, or any ear nose and throat issues to see Dr. Smith. He is truly a genius and a great person. He and his team truly care about you. Also as a Canadian who never left Canada I can say Texas is Awesome!!!! You should stay at the indigo hotel and say hi to Craig the bartender. It was an adventure that healed me. Good luck everyone!

I waited almost 2 years to leave my review to see how the treatment worked. I had severe issues with my nasal cavities due to a car accident 20+ years ago where my nose was obliterated. Even before the accident I suffered from Cluster Headaches since my early teens. Throughout my adult life my headaches got worse and in the years leading up to my treatment I was sleeping less than 3 hours a night on and off due to the crippling headache pain. The breaks in my nose had grown spurs out so badly I could not breathe through my nose. My entire life had been affected. The sinus pain mixed with it triggering cluster headaches was unbearable. I was taking Sumatriptan injections 3 times a day and it was costing me thousands of dollars a year. I was told the treatment would help with the headaches, and I admit I was skeptical. I’ve been through many treatment for clusters and nothing worked for more than a cycle. My insurance initially denied coverage, but Dr Smith’s team took care of everything with the insurance. I didn’t have to deal with anything. They were fantastic. The first year after surgery I had one cycle of clusters, as compared to 3. The next year (this year) I have had none. I have had a few headaches, but Tylenol took care of them quickly. I am living another life. I can play basketball in the extreme heat of summer without even a hint of headache. I used to spend summers locked in the house and the AC on 68 degrees. I can’t express enough how well this worked for me. I know everyone who suffers Cluster Headaches is different. But for my experience this worked. I am happy. No longer do I live in fear when I am in public or traveling. I sleep every night. It’s been decades of depression, uncertainty, pain and most of all the effects it’s had on my family. Thank you, Dr Smith, and your team. For changing my life. The entire experience was amazing.

I have had sinus issues for about 10 years. I am a runner and would always mouth breathe, get headaches, and have terrible sleep. I am a month out of surgery and my sleep immediately improved. I have suffered and I mean SUFFERED with migraines for 25 years. I would be out for days to a week at time. Even after a migraine my body and brain were so tense and foggy. I missed so many family events, dinner parties, days of work and everyday living. I had been to several neurologist and tried all the migraine meds out there. I was at my worst and googled migraine doctors one night and Dr. Kevin Smith popped up and he was right down the road! I figured why not give it a try. I had been to two ENT specialists and were told I was fine it wasn’t sinuses. I figured I would try one more time after watching all the incredible videos. From scheduling the appointment to arriving I was treated so nicely. The office is amazing and I ask a lot of questions! Dr. Smith blew me away….he came in and looked at my scans and went over them with me! He was thorough and came up with a plan right then and there. I scheduled my surgery and to be honest I was scared. This was too good to be true and there is no way this is going to help. The office sent me all the information I would need before so I could get all the over the counter medications and gave me all the information of what to expect. The day of surgery the anesthesiologist listened to me about my concerns I get very anxious. Everyone assured me and everything went great!!! I woke up with no anxiety!! I only took Tylenol for pain which was more like discomfort not pain. I called and texted a few times with questions and received answers right away from the office manager and Dr. Smith also called to check on me. I’ve never met a more compassionate doctor. He is a life changer! I’m almost a full 30 days post op and I’m extremely happy to say no migraines!!! This is the longest I’ve gone EVER WITH NO MIGRAINE!!!! I’ve had two “normal” headaches that went away with Tylenol and a nap! I have been so happy with this team and appreciate the life they have given to me. I can breathe (which I never knew I couldn’t lol) no more brain fog, I’m able to work out. I’m so happy and thankful Dr Smith and his team are a huge blessing to me and my family. Please if you are at your wits end and tired of migraines call this office now!!!! I am forever grateful to this incredible doctor who gave me my life back. I could seriously talk for hours on how amazing they are!!!!
