Dr. Singer pays attention to detail. She is very caring and thorough in the way she explains and approaches treatment. She is gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.

I took down my 2 star review because I gave Dr. Singer a second chance. The first time I went was because they were running a $495 special. Of course, by the time I am done I spent $1800. I saw very little results from the treatment and she and her staff agreed. I was also deeply offended that Dr. Singer chuckled when she read off the list of medications I am on for 2 debilitating sleeping disorders. My medical conditions are by no means funny! The office staff reached out to me and I decide to go and speak with Dr. Singer myself. (one and a half hour drive each way) She apologized for her poor bedside manner and offered to put a little more filler in as the first round did not have good results. I accepted. One month later and I still see little to no results as I have taken before and after pictures. I sent an email to Dr. Singer that included pictures and all she could say was that sometimes the product does not work on some as well as others and maybe a $4500 surgery would help! I think that if Dr. Singer felt I would have better results with a surgery she should haver suggested that before she took $1800 for fillers. She would not offer any of the money I spent back, even though she agreed that the fillers did not get the results she or I expected. Highly disappointed and such a waste of $1800! UPDATE: Your generic reply is bogus as I have emailed Dr. Singer and provided pictures and her only reply is that sometimes fillers do not work on some patients like they do others, but still kept all of my $1800. Shame!

I bought a Groupon for filler for Dr. Singer's office. I'm always a little nervous when I go to a new location for this kind of procedure, however based on her reviews online I went ahead with it. I am so happy I did! My result was amazing, and Dr. Singer was such a pleasant person on top of it!
