I scheduled an appointment for silicon 1000 back in 2020, it would be my first time lip injections and I have done research prior to so I knew it was permanent. At my appointment, he had great bedside manners, answered my questions made me feel very comfortable, we took photos before. I went home very happy with the results, but as the next few days went by, the swelling went down and there was a little to no noticeable improvement. It looked like it was back to normal again, so I scheduled for revisions. At my 2nd appointment I was told I would have to pay to add more. We looked at the before and after photos taken that day, and he agreed it didn’t look much different. Paying $1,800 to have filler, that was supposed to be permanent, I was very disappointed. But what really put the icing on the cake was that I told him I was dissatisfied and would like to have him make some revisions, he made condescending comments to me about the finances and me being able to afford it(he must have looked at my occupation as a dental assistant). That was a very BIG turn off, and for that I didn’t want to ever come back. My advice would be to stick with a regular filler because it’s a fraction of the price of silicon 1000. Also if you want to get a filler done in the future good luck if they find out you had silicon filler they will refuse working on you!

Visiting Dr. Kass is always a great experience. He answers all questions completely and performs the requested service with expertise. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I had festoon surgery and a deep chemical peel done by Dr. Kass on February 21, 2023. I am thrilled with my festoon surgery! They are completely gone and I couldn’t be happier! Although I am still recovering from the peel, I can see that my skin is much improved and I am confident I will be happy once my healing process is complete. Dr. Kass is attentive and said he will correct anything I might feel needs attention when I come for my second follow up. Very pleased!

I first got to know Dr. Kass in 1991, when after having some work done on my eyes by another surgeon, I was referred to him (having been told that he is the best in the business). I can’t even imagine what it must be like to go in and repair another surgeon’s previous work, but he did it expertly and made me feel like myself again. When I was ready to have some more work done, the only person I ever thought of going to was Dr. Kass. Why would I go to anyone else, when clearly he is the most professional and skilled surgeon around. I was so happy that he fondly remembered me and welcomed me back, as if it was only yesterday since we had last seen each other. From the beginning of this process and throughout the entirety, he never made me feel anxiety or concern about what was going to happen. Dr. Kass answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Dr. Kass is a talented and humble surgeon… an artist, in fact and his staff is patient, professional and caring. I wanted to especially thank Kim for all her professionalism and care during my followup appointment. Needless to say, I have already and will continue to recommend Dr. Kass and his staff highly to anyone seeking to have any cosmetic surgery done. I am very pleased with the results and I appreciate his work ethic and skill.
