Dr. Lipschitz is an international trainer and speaker in the field of plastic surgery. He has performed thousands of cosmetic surgeries and shares his knowledge, experience and analysis with other surgeons. He is a key opinion leader for Prollenium and teaches other physicians the proper use of Revanesse, Versa.

A native of South Africa, Dr. Lipschitz graduated medical school from the University of Cape Town. He was selected for plastic surgery research fellowship at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas Texas where he performed cutting edge research with top surgeons in the field. Dr Lipschitz completed general surgery training at University of Texas Southwestern in 2009. As one of the top surgery residents nationwide he was selected for the elite plastic surgery training fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the nation’s number one hospital, Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore Maryland with added aesthetic training at Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital in New York with world renowned cosmetic surgeons.

Dr. Avron Lipschitz is a well educated, successful, professional surgeon. He truly cares for his patients and delivers amazing results. It is very hard to find another plastic surgeon as knowledgeable and as genuine as Dr. Lipschitz. I highly recommend him to anyone considering, as he is the only plastic surgeon I would go back to (if needed) in the future.

Since my 20 years old, my nose was a part of my body that really bothered me. I went to a lot of doctors, but I didn’t feel confident and I was very scared. I’m 31 years old and I was always looking for treatments to make my nose look smaller. I checked non surgical options, but I wasn’t a candidate. I was very concerned about my surgery because I wanted to remove the bump, my tip was bulbous and my nose big. It was hard to me find a doctor that could fix these three parts. I went in some consultations where the doctors tried to change my mind or even do something else. When we moved to Florida, I started looking for a new doctor and I found Dr Lipschitz. In the first consultation, he pointed everything that I saw as “issues” and he showed me all the other patients that had the same case as mine. I read about his courses and experiences and I decided to proceed my surgery with him. I couldn’t be more satisfied! It has been 6 months that I had the procedure and my nose looks perfect! It was better that I expected and the doctor exceed my expectations. Even after the surgery, he does a perfect job with the follow ups and answering my questions. I highly recommend him to everyone. It took me 11 years to find the right doctor! Very happy with my results!

I have had the most fabulous experience with Dr.Lipschitz and his staff.From the moment I first had my consultation I was so at ease.Dr Avron took his time explaining my operation and even the second time with my husband.His talent is outstanding and for any one thinking of having something done Dr.Lipschitz is for you. I did my homework and consulted with four other plastic surgeons. Non compared or made me feel they where the right Dr.for me.I went from not wanting to look in a mirror to this amazing transformation.
