Dr. Horndeski is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is an expert in breast lifts and breast reductions and was chosen “Best Breast Surgeon 2010” by his peers.

Recently named one of the Top 100 Plastic Surgeons in the Nation by Realself.com, Dr. Gary Horndeski completed a general surgery residency at the University Hospital of Cleveland, Ohio, then returned to Texas to complete his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Texas, Medical Branch in Houston. Dr. Horndeski completed his fellowship at Wayne State University in Detroit, followed by a microvascular reconstructive surgery fellowship at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston.

Using his background in mathematics, Dr. Horndeski invented the proprietary Bellesoma Method® of “No Vertical Scar” surgeries, successfully reshaping a woman’s breast without the use of implants or old techniques that leave unsightly scars. Dr. H performs each surgery with meticulous detail and customizes each procedure based on individual patient needs.

I had a Bellasoma technique breast lift with Dr. Horndeski in May and I am extremely happy with the results of his work. Not only do my breasts look better than they ever have in my life, but I also was able to preserve full sensation in my areolas. After speaking with many people during my research phase before surgery, I can tell you that many people lose sensation after breast lifts with traditional techniques. I would recommend getting work done Dr Horndeski 100%. Also, he and his office staff were always available for any questions or concerns I had.

I could not be happier with the Bellesoma procedure!!!! I flew in for surgery in October of 2023. After I healed and 6 months had passed liked Dr. Horndeski said, I LOVED my breasts and was thrilled that I went through the effort to travel and not go the anchor route. At 6 months, I checked in like I was instructed and he looked at my pictures and thought that I would benefit from a few tweaks. I didn't see what he saw, but he is the expert so I had a free revision a month ago and he was right - they are now even BETTER! Thank you to Dr. Horndeski for inventing this and to Jana and Elisa for all the great care and communication - much love!!!!

DO NOT get this non traditional breast lift. Just go with the traditional lift and you will have minimal scarring. This man is a butcher advertising a no to minimal scarring procedure. My scars are so bad and so big. Instead of a 2 inch anchor scar I have huge scars that frame the ENTIRE mound of my breast and out beneath my underarm. I can't wear anything a person would want to after plastic surgery. And my nipples are too high for ANY low cut tops. PLEASE! I wish I had taken his low reviews more seriously. I thought 'oh everyone won't be satisfied' but but read all his low reviews, they complain of the same things.

I came in with a torn/hanging earlobe and Dr. Horndeski made them look normal again. Had a hanging earlobe and a gauged ear for 10 years because I didn’t think I could afford the procedure. Let me tell you, this place has the best competitive prices you’ll find in Houston. Believe me, I looked. Dr. Horndeski and the lovely assistant made everything so easy and comforting. This was my first real surgery and I was real nervous about getting it done. I would recommend this place to anyone reading the reviews as did I!
