I was diagnosed with melanoma on my nose a few months ago. The dermatologist tried a topical treatment that, at best, was minimally effective. Other physicians that I consulted with recommended surgery to remove the bad cells. A consultation with Dr. Diaco was recommended as opposed to having the dermatologist perform the procedure. My surgery was completed yesterday. To say that I am completely satisfied would be a gross understatement. Five stars is not enough to award Dr. Diaco, his staff and the surgery center. Medically, cosmetically, personally, the best result possible. Kudos to Dr. Diaco and his team!

I cannot praise Dr. Diaco and the incredible staff of Diaco Institute of Plastic Surgery any higher. I was referred to their facility by several existing patients, and I am so appreciative for them sharing their experience with me. For context: I came in as an existing bilateral breast implant patient, with saline implants roughly 9 years in age, which were implanted at an alternate facility up north by a Board Certified Surgeon. I had experienced some trauma to the chest post surgery which resulted in a hematoma and internal bleed within my right breast that was never properly treated by my previous surgeon post op. I was advised by the old doctor to let the hematoma heal on its own and that no further appointments were needed with them and referred to an emergency room if I felt I needed further treatment. The hematoma healed however, it left a large and uncomfortable amount of scar tissue in its wake, and my right breast oddly shaped rather hard when compared to the left breast. When I came to Diaco‘s office it was a completely different experience, the staff was so welcoming and informative, there was no pressure or rush to decision making. From scheduling my initial consult to booking my surgery the staff was fantastic and very accommodating. I would like to give extra kudos to the awesome office manager, Jennifer Carrillo absolutely going above and beyond in my care, education, follow up, and assistance with obtaining medical records from my previous facility. Dr. Diaco is fantastic, he’s a very straight shooter, which I appreciate. You can tell if he is highly skilled at his craft and has an exceptional attention to detail. I went entirely off of his recommendation to correct and repair my chest, and he did a phenomenal job. There is no more painful mass in my right breast, my explant of the saline units went smoothly, and the replacement silicone units (while still healing) look natural, even, and SOFT! They finally feel like natural breasts again. If you are considering any sort of corrective or cosmetic plastic surgery and are able to come to the Tampa Bay area, you 1000% should set your consultation here. I will never let another doctor touch me again unless it is Dr. Diaco or his staff.

Dr. Diaco is incredible! I've had two surgeries with him and I trust him completely! He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and caring. If you're considering plastic surgery, you can feel confident in your decision with Dr. Diaco!

Absolutely exceptional service. This office was recommended to me by several people and I will be getting my services done here, and I would also recommend to others. The staff was amazing. UPDATE* If I could give a standing ovation I will certainly would. Dr. Diaco has a very impressive educational background. He is very professional and easy-going at the right time. After an extensive search of the Tampa Bay area and many consultations later, I decided to have my procedure with Dr. Diaco. His reputation for being a perfectionist was a leading factor in my choice, and I’m so happy with my results. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive with all phone calls, emails and texts. Scheduling has never been an issue, and my appointments are always on time, I’m never left waiting to be called back to a room. Dr. Diaco was extremely helpful with my concerns regarding multiple procedures and always had safety at the forefront of any decision. He is very quick with his appointments, usually in and out very quickly and I’m sure this has to do with how busy and highly requested he is, but his staff is very knowledgeable and has thoroughly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Diaco Institute of Plastic Surgery!!
