I had the best experience with Dr. Castellano, the nurse Lisa, Chrissy, and everyone in the office! I've had multiple surgeries before but never cosmetic surgery, so I was really anxious leading up to the procedure because I really didn't know what to expect or how it would look after. I visited Dr. Castellano for my nose. I had some functional issues, and I wanted it to be more refined. He and his staff were so kind and very knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process, they provided the guidance that made it feel so seamless. I can’t believe I’m already 4 months post-op. The time flew by. During my first visit, Dr. Castellano explained to me what was happening with my nose, and made sure he was clear on exactly what I wanted. He explained my options and provided all the facts so that I could make an educated decision. He was also supportive of whatever direction I wanted to pursue which I felt was very comforting because you don’t always get that kind of clear direction and understanding from doctors. Once I decided, he and his staff explained the entire process from appointments, surgery and recovery expectations, and billing/costs. There were no surprises - very transparent and realistic the entire time. Personally, my recovery was very easy. I breathe perfectly now. My nose looks perfect but still natural. I appreciate the experience I had with Dr. Castellano and his team. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a neck/lower face lift 5 weeks ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Castellano and his staff are all so knowledgeable and kind and respectful. The procedure was painless as was the recovery. After 1 week, the results were amazing. After 3 weeks I was cleared for most activities. At 5 weeks the swelling is gone. If I have a question, they call me right back. Appointments are always on time. Highly recommend Elite.

I consulted with Dr Castellano because he was one of the few surgeons that could do septum repair and rhinoplasty. I knew I had to get the septum repaired and wanted to discuss having a cosmetic adjustment done at the same time. The staff was amazing and I never felt pressured to do more than I was comfortable with. I opted to do both and my experience with the surgery center and my follow up care was beyond 5 star. Dr Castellano is extremely thorough, qualified, patient, kind and compassionate. My recovery was FAR easier than I imagined it could be and I am beyond satisfied with my results and the care I received.
