Dr. Dallas R. Buchanan is a practicing plastic surgeon in Tampa. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), the only plastic surgery board approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Buchanan is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS). He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and practices a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Buchanan is a renowned author, having been published in multiple textbooks and medical journals on topics ranging from facial cosmetic surgery and facial aging to body contouring and breast surgery.Dr. Buchanan was elected as a top 10 plastic surgeon in Washington by the American Institute of Plastic Surgeons for two years in a row (2017-2018).
