I went to Dr. Castellano after having a very bad experience with another doctor in south Tampa. The other doctor placed big implants compared to what we discussed prior to surgery revised surgery years after still no luck, I was so scared after so many attempts even removed implants. This office is beyond words the best office to trust and get honest outcomes and prep you and walk you every step of the way. Dr. Castellano is amazing he is informative and tells you exactly what to expect. His work is detailed and I am very happy with results. I had undergone a breast implant replacement in July of 2024 with Dr.Castellano, and I was very pleased with absolutely everything and the entire experience. A few months into healing, I had noticed one side had seemed to slip down and not quite match the other. I made an appointment and saw Dr.C right away and he monitored me for a few weeks further. All in all, he scheduled a secondary surgery revision to correct the dropping breast. Absolutely no fault to Dr.C or his team-this happens to some (I am very thin and not a lot of breast tissue to begin with), so I have heard of this happening on a rare occasion via my research. Surgery day came and went, all went very well! I am now 8 weeks post-op for the revision, and today was the first day I really, really loved what I saw in the mirror. Pam, Dr. Castellano, and the entire team took such great care of me and made me feel like I was their top priority, and I cannot thank him enough for making me feel confident in my body again. I would trust and recommend Dr.C to absolutely anyone. He took a complicated situation, and really held my hand through the whole process- for that level of care, this entire team has a special place in my heart.
