Dr. Colville launched his plastic surgery career in Ohio after earning his medical degree at Indiana University and completing general and plastic surgery residencies at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He’s been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) since 1992 and is a member of the two leading plastic surgery associations in the U.S.—The Aesthetic Society, where he served on the national board of advisors for their society of skin care specialists, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

Additionally, Dr. Colville has served as head of plastic surgery for the Department of Surgery at the Toledo Hospital and a clinical professor of surgery at the University of Toledo Medical Center. He also served as a principal investigator for a 10-year research project involving MENTOR and Allergan (manufacturer of Natrelle®) breast implants. He continues to train others on internal support in breast cosmetic surgery and the use of ADM products for cosmetic breast surgery, cosmetic breast revision surgery, and breast reconstruction. Dr. Colville also regularly shares his best practices for administering injectables.
