Dr. William A Stefani is a renowned Plastic Surgeon with over 20 years of experience that is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Stefani is an expert in aesthetic plastic surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has been voted “Top Doc” featured in Hour Detroit, voted on by his peers, multiple times, and listed in the Castle Connolly directory of America’s foremost surgeons. His clientele includes prominent Metro Detroit and international personalities.

Dr. Stefani has extensive training from some of the most highly regarded aesthetic plastic surgeons in the world. After finishing a plastic surgery fellowship he went on to complete an aesthetic fellowship with Dr. Daniel Baker and Dr. Sherrill Ashton in New York City. It was here that Dr. Stefani was able to absorb multiple techniques from the world’s pioneers of Aesthetic Surgery. Dr. Stefani still reviews and writes articles for the journals. He was one of the first plastic surgeons to identify and treat paradoxical adipose hyperplasia following cryolipolysis (Coolsculpting).

Very pleased with the service i received from Dr. Miguel for my Septo/Rhinoplasty, he made me feel super comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns during my first visit, and at the day of the procedure i was a little nervous and he put me at ease snd his surgical team was AMAZING and they sure know what they're doing. i'm only i week in from the procedure and just took my cast off and im loving my results and can't wait to see how it will be finally after the swelling goes down and heal properly. Dr. William Stefani and his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have seen Dr. Stefani for a few procedures. He and his staff go above and beyond from the first consultation and throughout the surgery and recovery process. I have been so well cared for. I cannot recommend Dr. Miguel enough! I recently had an eye procedure done, and the results exceeded my expectations. From the very first consultation, Dr Miguel and their team made me feel comfortable, explaining every step of the process in detail and answering all of my questions with care. I recently had wide-excision melanoma removal surgery from the scalp performed by Dr George Miguel, and really want to share my experience, mainly because of his excellent care, and to help others who may be experiencing a similar issue. I was nervous during my initial consultation, but his professionalism, compassion and experience in the field set me at ease. The surgery itself went great. He warned me that the wound would be larger than I might expect, due to the location, so I was prepared. It's been two weeks now and the site is nearly healed. Tests came back with clean margins, so I'm very happy about that. Thank-you Dr Miguel.
