I went in for a breast augmentation with Dr. Connall 16 months ago. While he assured me we can change size, shape or approach until the very last day; it was the day of surgery that he decided that I needed a larger implant in one breast. I told him I didn't want that change, but I felt pressured by him because he continued to tell me how with his experience it was what he recommend for the best look and it is very common. While this could be true-my advise is to not feel like he knows your body better than you. Now the size difference is VERY noticeable while naked, in a bra, and even in clothing. I am very uncomfortable and self-conscious about it. I brought the issue up in a post-op appt to simply be told I needed to let them settle in, and it was just in my head. The reason I did the procedure in the first place was to feel more confident my body. However, I was told my concern was in my head and passed off. Its passed the "settle in" phase and its just as noticeable if not worse. I would never recommend a doctor or a service that treats patience this way. I hope no one has to feel pressured, over looked or passed off by the surgeon they chose to help them navigate their most venerable moments.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Connall and his team. I came to him with a very personal and unique case — I have scoliosis, which causes my chest wall to be uneven and made my breasts significantly asymmetrical. This has always been a major insecurity for me, and I was finally ready to explore options to fix it. Dr. Connall was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. He explained that correcting the asymmetry wasn’t as simple as using different-sized implants because of how my chest wall is shaped. If we had taken that route, the implants would have sat unevenly and made things worse. Instead, he recommended starting with fat grafting on the smaller side to even things out naturally, and then if I wanted more volume later, we could consider implants as a second step. While it was a little disappointing to learn that my case would require two procedures, I truly appreciated Dr. Connall’s honesty and careful approach. What really stood out to me was that after he left the room, he came back just to check on me — he knew the news might have been hard to hear and wanted to make sure I was doing okay. That small moment showed me how much he genuinely cares about his patients and their emotional well-being. Now, over a year after my fat grafting procedure, I am absolutely thrilled with the results. For the first time in my life, my breasts are even — something I never thought possible. It’s been life-changing. I’m now considering moving forward with the implant surgery, and without question, I will be returning to Dr. Connall. I trust him completely, and there’s no one else I’d go to. I’m also excited to see that he now carries the Motiva implants I’ve been researching! If you’re looking for a surgeon who is not only skilled but also compassionate and invested in doing what’s truly best for you, I highly recommend Dr. Connall.

I received cosmetic surgery from Dr. Connall over five years ago now and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! My results are so natural and still look and feel awesome!! I am amazed at how many of them received such little post-care info and did not know what to expect at all during their recovery. Do not go somewhere where you are meeting your surgeon and doing your consultation the same day as your actual surgery!!! Do yourself a favor and book with Dr. Connall!!! It is worth it!!!!
