I was very nervous coming in for a consultation. Everyone there was so nice and it really helped me to calm down. Dr. Hayes explained the procedure and what I could expect. He was able to give me options and what the final results would be for both of them. I feel like I would be in very good hands.

From the moment I first consulted with Dr. Hayes, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my goals, and offer his expert recommendations with thorough education to ensure I understood what procedures he recommended and why, etc... On the day of surgery, despite my nervousness, Dr. Hayes was reassuring and seemed completely at ease. I could tell he had confidence in himself and his expertise. I feel that Dr. Hayes pays attention to detail and was dedicated to make sure I was satisfied with my end result. If I could go back in time and do it all over again, I would.
