I love how Facial Plastic Surgery allows me to explore the artistic side of medicine. Growing up in Hong Kong, a true metropolis, gave me an opportunity to appreciate art in a multicultural way. I was particularly drawn to portraits because of how humanity is exemplified by our faces and expressions. I’ve also always loved the study of science and mending things. Facial plastic surgery is just the perfect marriage of both arts & science! It’s about applying scientific knowledge while adding an aesthetic quality to it.
What l love most about my work, however, is the impact it can make on someone’s emotional wellbeing. Seeing the expression on my patients’ post-op faces is priceless. That’s when I know the amount of effort and time I spent on them had multiplied exponentially in its outcome - the few hours we spend in surgery can turn into lifelong happiness, confidence & success.

Dr Alcott was very thorough in her exam and assessment. I've been dealing with sinus issues my whole life, after reviewing my scan, she recommended a minimally invasive procedure which was scheduled without delay. I just had my procedure yesterday and woke up this morning feeling great.

Beware! Dismissive to my teen daughter, unprofessional, rude, and borderline unethical billing. My daughter had an appointment to see Dr Olcott, but she was never seen by Dr Olcott. She went to the appointment alone, and because she was young and not experienced enough to advocate for herself, she was shunted off to a nurse for her diagnosis. The nurse did not believe my daughter when she said she did not suffer from allergies and repeatedly challenged my daughter's knowledge of her own symptoms. Then, the practice had the audacity to charge our insurance the FULL consultation fee - $515 TO BE SEEN BY A NURSE, FOR 10 MINUTES! Once again, my daughter did NOT see the actual trained specialist that she was suppsed to see. I see Dr Olcott gets good reviews from some patients ... maybe she deserves them ... if you get to see her. Seems to me this practice might be more about shuffling patients through for money than genuine care.

Imposible to schedule an answer to schedule an appointment. Either it goes to a recording or someone picks up an puts u on hold. Finally someone picked up an after I gave the information, she could not hear me. Now I have to call again wait for another 20 minutes. Horrible. 1st experience.

I have suffered through stuffy sinuses with recurring nasal infections most my life. My regular Drs' always choke it up to allergies. I was taking allergy pills and nasal sprays with minimal relief. Finally I visit Dr. Olcotts office and diagnosed with enlarged turbines, surgery performed and wow what a difference. I'm 55 and feel like I'm breathing normal for the first time. Great staff, courteous and timely. Even if they didn't have a solution, the service is incredible.

Dr. Olcott was extremely nice and explained everything we needed to know before proceeding. I missed the name of the lady at the front desk but she was also such a sweetheart. We were extremely impressed with the service we received. Thank you both for squeezing us in! We appreciate you!
