I had an incredible experience with Dr. Ward and his staff. He is truly talented! I had a FL/NL, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfers, and an eyebrow lift, and the results are amazing. Dr. Ward’s skill and attention to detail gave me such a natural and refreshed look. A special thank you to Karyn, who was so helpful in answering all of my questions and making me feel completely at ease throughout the process. From start to finish, I felt cared for and confident in their hands. I highly recommend Dr. Ward and his team—they go above and beyond.

I scheduled a consultation for a breast augmentation. The video call with Dr. Cam was informative, and he was nice overall—but I didn’t feel it was enough to make such an important decision. It’s hard to choose a surgeon who doesn’t see your body in person and can’t give you tailored recommendations or guidance on-site. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing and far from professional. During the sizing appointment, there was no one to guide me or offer advice. The girl who greeted me was polite, but she simply handed me the samples and left. I didn’t receive any help with sizes or recommendations, and I didn’t feel supported at all throughout the process. Then, the person in charge of scheduling surgeries and handling payments came in. She was rude, visibly annoyed, and not professional in the way she spoke to me. We had already spoken over the phone, and she had pressured me to book a date and commit to a payment. I told her I was still doing research and had plans to meet with other surgeons before making any decisions. She told me the price would only be valid until August 30. I said I understood, but that I couldn’t decide yet. Today, she called me again. She was even more disrespectful and insisted I had a confirmed surgery date in November, which is not true. I reminded her that we had only discussed tentative dates and that I never confirmed anything. She responded with the same pushy tone, saying she had told me I needed to pay by August 30 and could only hold the price for a few more days. I ended the call and told her I had already chosen a different surgeon. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The entire experience—aside from the brief video consultation—was poor and unprofessional. I truly believe this is something that needs serious improvement. Plastic surgery is a major decision that requires support, guidance, and respectful communication—not pressure tactics and rude behavior. I’m grateful to have found another clinic where I’ve been treated with kindness, received helpful recommendations, and felt fully supported from the beginning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of being involved in Dr. Ward’s Mother’s Day promotion, and I can’t speak highly enough about the entire experience. From the very beginning, Dr. Ward was incredibly kind, personal, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve. His attention to detail is unmatched — he’s truly a perfectionist in the best way possible. Even after the procedure, his care didn’t stop. Dr. Ward has been consistently attentive and accommodating throughout my healing process, always making sure I felt supported and informed. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such high-level skill with sincere compassion and dedication. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would recommend Dr. Ward to anyone looking for exceptional results with a personal touch.

I previously had a rhinoplasty with a different surgeon here in Utah that messed up my breathing and left me with a crooked septum. I came to Dr. Ward for a revision rhinoplasty and it turned out to be the best decision ever! I was so nervous because of my last surgery, and Dr. Ward walked me through the process, understood my concerns, and made sure we were on the same exact page for the outcome. I couldn't be happier with my nose and I couldn't be more grateful for the Ward Institute. If you're looking for an expert surgeon that also takes your wants and desires into consideration, this is the place! I can't thank you guys enough!

I’m still in the process of healing, but every single person at the Ward Institute is amazing. They are so attentive to every concern, even in my personal life. At my post op, my nose bled on my shirt and they soaked it for me and gave me a clean shirt to go home in. Dr. Ward is so meticulous and knows what he is doing, in addition to being kind and generous with his talents. I would recommend anyone go to him for your facial plastic surgery. You will not regret the experience!
