Oct 10, 2025Kelly was so kind, positive, and professional! She made me feel very comfortable during my lab tests and blood draw. I really appreciated her warm attitude, and it was nice that she could communicate in another language. It made everything so much easier and more pleasant.

Apr 7, 2022Dr Sherilyn Foltz Cook D.O. did the best fillers I've had. She took so much time with me, and I no longer have to drive into Portland to see my plastic surgeon. I'm thrilled to have found a great doctor who is close to home, and the office staff are friendly and efficient.

Nov 30, 2018Dr Foltz-Cook is so kind and patient. She answers all of my questions and the office is clean. The staff is also great! I only have a 4 because it can be difficult to schedule an appointment for a sick kid because she’s pretty booked.

May 31, 2018My 3 kids (12 mo, 5 and 8 yrs) and myself have been going to Cascade Family Medicine for almost 2 yrs. Dr Foltz-Cook and staff are AMAZING! I moved from a big local clinic and it was the best decision I've ever made. I never have issues with scheduling - even for those last minute sick appts. I feel the Dr's truly listen to the kids as well as myself - bottom line, they let me be a parent and that is huge. They go above and beyond for their patients. Would highly recommend!
