Dr. Vito C. Quatela, the founder and medical director of Longevità Medical, is a nationally renowned physician whose name is highly regarded in the Rochester, NY medical community. In addition to being a certified provider of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, Dr. Quatela is certified by both the American Board of Otolaryngology (ABO)—Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS).

Establishing Longevità Medical continues Dr. Quatela’s longstanding commitment to improving lives, both aesthetically and by providing treatments for people experiencing age-related hormonal imbalances or coping with acute or chronic joint pain.

Throughout his 30-plus years as a facial plastic surgeon at the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery, Dr. Quatela has served in a range of leadership and education roles. He is the current president of the International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery Societies (IFFPSS) and former president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), for which he serves as a board examiner yearly for the ABFPRS examinations. Additionally, he has educated students and peers alike through numerous professorships and lectureships, both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Quatela has also authored numerous articles published in medical journals. Journalists often interview him for media outlets such as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, W Magazine, and national television networks.

Dr. Quatela is a graduate of the University of Rochester and earned his medical degree at Northwestern University before returning to the University of Rochester’s otolaryngology department, where he is presently serving as a clinical associate professor. He also serves as a preceptor for the annual AAFPRS fellowship and regularly sees patients at his practice.
