Upon completing medical residencies at the City of Hope Hospital, Loma Linda University, and the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Mitts became a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has since gone on to become a member of such esteemed organizations as the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
