I chose this place based off the reviews and seeing Dr. Mele appear on the news stating how he specializes in Blepharoplasty surgery. The staff was great and Dr. Mele seemed confident in knowing how to correct my problem. After the surgery I could start to tell a difference in appearance, however I still had some concerns. During my post op visits I would tell Dr. Mele that there are double creases in my eyes now and they are not even. Also one side still had excess skin that I felt could be removed. However Dr. Mele told me the double lines should go away and to not alter the other side as the incision line would be longer. As a surgeon I figured he knows whats best, but I am not completely satisfied with these results after 3 yrs of healing. My eyes are completely uneven and there are so many lines. When I smile I have crease in the corner now. I almost feel like I should’ve kept my fat pad of eyes for over 3k of work.

One of the best decisions I have made in 2023, Thank you Dr. Mele and staff for being so kind and patience with me. I love the removal of my extra weight on my stomach. Impress with how my clothes fit, can't wait for spring and summer, dresses, shorts. and clothing that flow, no more midsection, stopping clothing from flowing, hello baggy pants and loose dresses.

The entire team is top notch. They don't get any better than Dr. Mele. He listens to cares and answers questions without hesitation. Gifted surgeon.

Dr. Mele is an exceptional surgeon who I can’t recommend enough. It’s really Dr. Mele’s commitment to excellence that sets him apart from other surgeons. I am a bit of a worrier especially when it comes to something as critical as my health. This however has not been an issue with Dr. Mele and his phenomenal administrative team. When I have a concern Dr. Mele not only listens but also makes time available to see me in person. This is your body, you want a surgeon that understands their job is not only to operate but ensure success after surgery. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Mele’s selfless approach to his time. It is truly admirable. Surgery is inherently frightening but with such a dedicated group of professionals, I feel reassured at every step. This is the kind of operation where you want to be early to your appointment just to spend time with the administrative staff. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found a not only an exceptional surgeon but equally talented support staff.

I Dr. Mele for breast augmentation. I hope this helps anyone sitting on the fence! Dr. Mele, was my surgeon for my breast after having two children whom I breast fed. I then later had a third child and I breast fed after with no problem even though I had implants. I made sure to balance both sides when breastfeeding so I would not have any issues. After breast feeding my third child my breast still look as great as when I first had them done. These have been in for now over twenty years and they look great. My breast are on his website. I won’t say which they are. But they still are great. No problem. I had them done under the breast and not through the arm or areola. I think going through the areola might cause sensation issues. I have no regrets.

Dr Mele is a companionate and gifted surgeon with the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever had. I always feel extremely welcome and never rushed with my office visits and have even my slightest concerns addressed as if I was his only patient. My physical results exceeded my expectations!!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, respected and lovely surgeon.
