Dr. McCall and her nurse Kristen were the best! I had been bounced around from doctor to doctor and they took care of me right away! Calm environment, very nice and professional staff. It was a joy to be a patient with them. Would recommend any day.

My initial consult in November went extremely well and I was happy with the course of action Dr McCall laid out. I was told it may take awhile to get the insurance to approve it, but to be patient. I spoke with Kristen several times and she informed me what additional documentation was needed. After the documentation was provided in April I have not heard a damn thing!! Nobody has returned my phone calls, no updates, no nothing. I contacted my insurance and they indicated no additional documentation had been sent over!!! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely will NOT pursue this. I am now starting from scratch. Thanks for wasting 7 months..

Absolutely love Dr. McCall. She has done absolute wonders on both of my hands for carpal tunnel. All of her staff is super friendly and they are all very accommodating! Would strongly recommend!

I would not recommend arm or abdominal liposuction here. From the start, I had a bad experience. The pain medication was supposed to be ready ahead of time...

Dr. McCall reshaped my ear lobes, and did a fantastic job. I wish I would have done this procedure years ago. The procedure was painless, and the healing time easy. I went to work the next day. My ears are beautiful. Extremely happy.

Dr. Tracy McCall is AMAZING!! I would give 100 stars if I could! I wanted a breast augmentation after breastfeeding two kids. At the first consultation she was friendly, kind, and thorough. She really listened to what I wanted and would ask questions and confirm details of what i was telling her. She took her time and was patient when she sized me, and asked me to email her pictures of my ideal results. I had a pre- surgical consultation with her as well to finalize details and discuss the surgery and recovery. I had completely changed my mind what I wanted, i originally wanted very large implants, but after contemplation i realized i just wanted to be my pre-baby size. She was very patient with me, again took her time to resize me and get an idea of what i wanted. I was suppose to be at the hospital on surgery day at 5 am, but my childcare fell through. I called Dr. McCall to see if i could make the time a little later, and she was very accommodating within minutes she got back to me with a later time that worked out well. Day of surgery, the nurses were so unbelievably nice and friendly, they made me feel so comfortable, i thought i was at a spa. All of a sudden, i started getting racing thoughts of everything that could go wrong during surgery or recovery, and i had a panic attack, which i really never had before. Dr. McCall and her nurses were so kind, calming and patient. She pulled up a chair next to me and had me do relaxation techniques , which really helped! Even though my panic put the surgery an hour behind schedule, she did not rush me, but was very compassionate. She went through all my concerns with me and made me feel so much better. Getting the IV and the anesthetic was very smooth. I woke up and was not in much pain at all!! She even made it a point to ask me if I wanted her to call my husband to let him know how it went. I absolutely LOVE the results, they are exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the size, shape, and overall look! Dr. Tracy McCall is compassionate and thorough, she has an awesome personality, and is an excellent plastic surgeon! I highly recommend her for any plastic surgery as I know she is very detail oriented and does great work!
