Ralph W. Bashioum MD, FACS has over 30 years experience as a Minneapolis plastic surgeon specializing in elective cosmetic surgery and is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Bashioum  is a member of many professional associations, including:

Dr. Bashioum is a leader in Regenerative Medicine and has a particular interest in  breast augmentation procedures, where autologous (your own) fat cell transfer makes  natural breast enlargement  possible without the use of implants. The new fat grafting transfer  technique also allows facial rejuvenation with natural anti-aging results without incisions or the use of artificial fillers. Dr. Bashioum specializes in all aspects of elective cosmetic, and is well known for Mommy Makeovers, which are custom procedures designed to restore a woman’s figure after having children.

Dr. Bashioum developed Nipntuck.com, as a comprehensive educational resource for patients about information regarding all facets of elective cosmetic surgery. Dr. Bashioum co-founded TRY, a volunteer program offering free gang tattoo removal for at risk youth, serves on the University of MN Landscape Arboretum Board of Directors and is an avid gardner.

Dr. Bashioum and team were beyond incredible and supportive. They were honest with me and recommended I wait until my toddler was older before my procedure. I went back a year later, and I had several consultations just so I could get all my questions answered. My breast augmentation is so natural looking! I get so many compliments.

Dr. Bashioum and his staff are top notch. They are incredibly caring, supportive, INFORMATIVE and attentive. From the moment I walked in and was greeted, I knew my high expectations would be met and they were. I felt taken care of at every step. Not only is his staff 'always available' to address concerns but so is Dr. Bashioum himself. I never felt like a bother or 'just another patient'. Dr. Bashioum & his team are absolutely amazing. The whole experience from start to finish was impeccable. Dr. Bashioum has great bedside manner & is truly an expert at what he does. He even called the night before and the day after surgery, providing his personal cell phone in case I had any questions or problems. He is available 24 hours a day for any issues that may arise. I had a breast lift with fat transfer augmentation & couldn't be happier with the results. Beautiful Sandy assisted every step of the way & helped lessen anxiety. Dr. Bashioum is first and foremost a very kind and caring individual. He is also a very talented plastic surgeon who gave me beautiful results.
