I never write reviews but couldn't help myself here. If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, I went to Dr. Kieff for pain in my left ear. Right away he was extremely sexist and condescending when he joked that I was simply a homemaker after replying to his question about what I did, which is administrative work at home for a non profit organization helping veterans. He did a whole exam, couldn't find anything wrong but removed a tiny bit of wax, prescribed antibiotics for a small amount of redness and suggested I come back for a hearing test later that week, and for a follow up visit in 6-8 weeks. Not long after, I receive a bill for over $200 for the hearing test and another $753 bill for the office visit, $200 of which was to remove that bit of wax! I called the office and told them that the bill was outrageous, that I could not pay it nor would I. I realize that I had not yet met my deductible and expected to pay something but almost $1k?? Dr. Kieff's office charged my card without my authorization after I refused to pay the bill. He is a rip off and taking advantage of insurance companies with his prices. Not a decent man, I would never trust him.

Fortunate to meet the doctor about 25 years ago with sinus issues .Best thing that ever happened to me. He fixed it with surgery at Mass Eye and Ear. Several years later I had the same thing happened to the other side of my nose. He fixed that too. I got my sense of smell and taste back, for which I’m forever grateful for; and I no longer have to breathe through my mouth only because of Dr. Kieff. He and his staff are terrific. He’s talented and caring. I am now on medication and continuing to do exceptionally well. Thank you Dr. Kieff for all that you do.

He is very kind and welcoming, and truly listened and made sure your needs were met. His staff is so kind and they run you through the whole process of whatever you need help with. Highly recommended Doctor Kieff!!

Dr. Kieff is an amazing Doctor. He is great at what he does and his staff is full of wonderfully nice people. I received a Rhinoplasty with major septal repair and could not be more pleased with how much straighter my nose is and how effortless my breathing has become. I would recommend him to anyone, it might be one of the best things I have ever done for myself, it has truly changed my life.
