Wasted 1 hour in the front desk. Unprofessional, unprofessional and unprofessional. Lied said they couldn’t see my insurance, then need a referral from my primary doctor which I got to come see them , now they need the insurance referral. No one call to let me know before coming here . Wasted my time and some didn’t do their job . My appointment was scheduled 1 month before . No one did their job to verify my insurance before I came into the doctor office . They lady at the front desk wanted me to pay at of pocket before I see the eyes doctor. Very unprofessional from them and now remorse on their lack of professionalism . No start from me

I have been coming here for several years. About two months before my annual appointment DM Eye Surgeons called and said my doctor was having a family emergency and would call me to reschedule. My original appointment time has come and gone. No call back, no followup, Nothing. I have never been treated this way by a medical entity in regards to my medical needs. I was told they just don't care!

My appointment was Scheduled for 10. I left home early to make sure I didn’t forget anything. We arrived at 9:35 a.m. after 46 minutes I was getting a bit anxious. I was finally able to see Doctor I Got test and scheduled surgery. Doctor was great, but I know if i was late I’d have to reschedule .however, he was late and I had to wait on him. Don’t know if overbooking appt. times or if we are just $ signs walking through the door either way, my time is just as valuable as his. No one told me about a delay UNTIL I told the nurse my appointment was at 10 and it’s now 11 and still waiting to be called back. Then when I get called back to do tests I end up back in another waiting area for an hour. When I finally left it was around 1p.m . I did very well by not blowing a gasket and the wait time But it does upset me that I had the long wait and others who got there after me with yellow folder like me were taken back . What happened to patience being respected and cared about? Has the medical field really turned into a sale barn …where people are like cows and rammed together and eventually ran through? Is it really about how many patients you can see in a day.? No matter how long you make us wait? By the way , I was with Doctor 8 minutes . That’s irritating!

Dr. Blodi was so professional and kind when handling my optic nerve/ eye issues! The whole staff was just so kind throughout the whole appointment. He came up with a game plan for my issues very quickly and I’m very thankful for that! I couldn’t recommend this place enough for all of that alone! Thank you to the whole team! This is probably some of the best care I’ve received in a medical setting I’ve ever had. 10/10! ⭐️

Kept my aunt waiting 25 minutes past appointment time then the workers were angry when we asked. They have a note on the top of the paper starred saying if you wait 20.minutes past appointment time let us know. They need to tell the employees to get a better attitude and to be honest with the patients. 40 minutes later she was seen after complaining twice. I sat and watched other patients complain about waiting 30-40 minutes. Save yourself time and money and go to Wolfe Eye Clinic.

I've been a customer here for years... Started with Dr. Ball and have continued with Dr. Baumhover. I have to admit I had a lapse in my appointments......
