Trying to get lip filler and Botox here is like visiting a souk with vendors who all want to sell you more. This practice moved my appointment from Wednesday to Thursday to Friday...and I still had to wait 5 hours to be seen (I decided to leave after 3 h, but stepped back in after 5 min). The place was full of sweet boys trained to repeat "Oh, the dr is about to come in!". One team mb photographed my face, left the room, got back asking for a credit card while handing me a bill stating everything the dr had decided (without even first meeting !!) to perform on my face that night...My appointment was at 5:pm, it was now 8:pm - worn out, I signed whatever they wanted ($4,070). In my long wait, Cristina also came in and couldn't stop advertising her massages (despite my "no thank yous"), then asking 25 times if I used creams (had to open my bag and show her two creams to stop the disc!!). At 10:pm the $$$ hungry dr walked in and said: "You need a face rub, surgery on your mouth, a face lift" - and couldn't stop trying to sell his Laser... This is his way of screening patients since the very 1st visit - and it's clear to me that my "no" answers are what placed me right in the disposable section. The visit ended at 11:pm - and I will say: it is only because I was the victim of a hit and run Dec '23 and had already waited 18 months for my face to heal on its own, and then tried 3 different doctors, that I put up with how this practice treats patients. Jose guaranteed the dr would always be there for a follow up to get some filler out/ do a touch up - so after 10 days, I texted Jose' that the bad lip inflammation was finally going down. And here comes the BIG SCAM: 12 days after my visit, Emer's accountant Tracey called specifically saying: "The office will give you a 40% refund, but if you accept it, the dr won't see you a second time/won't have you as a patient any longer; your choice!". I said no to the small refund, as I wished to keep my right to go back 2-3 weeks later for the promised touch up so as to fix my mouth for real (also following a friend's advice to continue with the same dr, who maybe would treat me better in the future?). Well, 7 days after her 1st call, Tracey called again to say the exact opposite of what I was promised: "The dr doesn't wish to "continue treating you"...and she couldn't give me a reason. Reality is dr Jason performs an immediate screening of how much one is ready to invest in Transformations "Right Now!" ---- I gave too many NO answers to procedures I don't need yet, so was discarded after my payment was cashed. My lips now look 70% alright, much better than what the car accident gave me - but the job is incomplete. Note: Since the beginning, very difficult to find anyone when you call the practice, but different staff members are always texting, calling and interrupting your life with cancellations or changes of mind !!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Emer and his team from the initial consultation to my treatment. I was seeking treatment for my severe acne scars that I’ve struggled with for years and years even after numbers of treatments from elsewhere. He came up with a treatment plan that fit to my budget. Dr. Emer is so knowledgeable on the type of scarring and what treatment works best on them. Even during my treatment he would walk through step by step what he was doing and why my previous treatments didn’t make enough of an impact. His entire team has been very supportive from beginning to end and checking in after treatment. I’m still recovering but so far have seen great improvement in my scars already! I can honestly say he and his team are incredibly skilled! I’m very excited to continue with my journey with them and 100% recommend anyone to book an appointment with them. So grateful for him and his team!

Before Dr. Emer, I had seen another doctor who actually made my scars worse, so I know how scary it is to trust someone with your face. Dr. Emer truly understands his patients and the toll skin concerns take on mental health. He gave me my life back. If you are looking for a sign that you are in the right hands, especially for acne scars, this is it. I will be forever grateful for what he has done for me and my confidence.

This review is only for the treatment and the team. Did not see any difference after spending so much money $10k. Once you make the full payment no one gives a damn about you whether you get the treatment or not. They got the money and that’s all that matters. Dr Emer himself is very nice and kind. But the team only cares about the money and pushes you until you make the full payment. Once that’s done no body bothers to follow up with you. They selll you unnecessary skincare that doesn’t do anything and is over $3000. Treatment plan was changed right before the treatment was about to begin and I see Zero difference or improvement but it did gave me so much pigmentation for which they recommending me to get another laser. Do not recommend. Save your money

Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for professionalism paired with genuine care.
