The front desk staff seemed nice and attentive, but I was very disappointed after realizing I payed the deposit fee to this surgeon that did not commit. I was optimistic to meet with him as he is successful and appeared on my favorite real estate show on Netflix, but ultimately was told he only can do implants which was a bit misleading from the advert. So, I kindly asked him for botox with the deposit credit and it was a firm no. I left disappointed and without my deposit, but with a sticky note of 3 surgeons listed to reach out to. One office reached out immediately while walking back to my Tesla and apologized on their behalf, but I sadly declined to visit them to avoid risking another deposit loss that day. Deposit fees and consultation fees rack up very quickly especially when you are seeing more than one office in one day; so I guess that was my fault for throwing cash away… I had to view a vacant office/retail space in the area, so it wasn’t the best day after listening to Dr. Tsai and being curve-balled, but I did get to enjoy a great lunch at CPK with a former colleague.

I went to Dr. Tsai for my breast augmentation and lower eyelid surgery. The whole experience from initial consultation, procedures and post-ops are all very smooth and great. The results were amazing and the healing process was fast. Dr. Tsai really did an amazing job. And all the staff especially Leidy were awesome. Will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a responsible and excellent plastic surgeon.

I went to Dr. Tsai for Rhinoplasty in Nov 2020 (apologies for the late review). First off, I found Dr. Tsai through a friend, not someone who had worked with him, but a trusted homie, and while his Instagram showcases a lot of body work, I was really impressed by the handful of noses I saw - his work was just what I wanted, conservative and natural. We’ve all heard the horror stories, and I’ve seen some mediocre work first hand. I was very intentional in finding a doctor who would NOT follow the trend of overly pinched, Instagram noses - it was a major concern for me and ultimately that was a key factor in my decision. And let me tell you - it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Tsai was the right guy for the job. My nose is simply perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing and couldn’t be happier with my choice. It’s beautiful. Thank you Dr. Tsai!

I was referred to Dr. Tsai from a friend for a breast augmentation. I was able to schedule an in person consultation (my preference) quickly as their office was very accommodating. My consultation went smoothly. Dr. Tsai is very down to earth, transparent and knowledgeable. As someone who was exploring my first plastic surgery experience, he made me feel extremely comfortable. I was able to schedule my surgery shortly after my consultation even with COVID, you are still able to have it done. I got all my lab work done with their partner, The Health Bar (Weho). This was a positive experience as well! On surgery day the staff and nurses make you feel so comfortable and are accommodating. They throughly explain each step before taking you back and answer any questions you may have. The anesthesiologist called me the night before surgery to check on me and introduce himself. He had a very calming energy! My surgery went great and I am so pleased with my results (1 week post operation). Today I went for my 1 week post operation check up with Dr Tsai and everything looks great and the results are exactly what I asked for! I encourage anyone who is thinking or looking to get a breast augmentation to schedule your consultation NOW with Dr Tsai. This is your sign!
