Meet Dr. Albert Carlotti, an accomplished Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgeon with over 25 years of experience and more than 30,000 surgeries performed. As the Owner and Medical Director of BellaNova Palm Beach, Dr. Carlotti combines artistic precision with advanced surgical expertise to deliver refined, natural-looking results that enhance both form and confidence.

A graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Carlotti completed an Internship in General Surgery, a Residency in Maxillofacial Surgery, and a Fellowship in Facial and Body Cosmetic Surgery at the prestigious Parkland Hospital in Dallas. His journey in medicine began at just fourteen years old, assisting in his father’s renowned jaw surgery practice—a legacy of surgical excellence that continues to inspire his work today.
After opening his first practice in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2002, and later expanding to Austin, Texas in 2018, Dr. Carlotti became widely respected for his mastery of facial and body procedures and his unwavering commitment to patient safety and satisfaction. A Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) since 2004, he has lectured internationally for nearly two decades and served as Past President of the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the AACS, helping shape the future of his field.
