Hello, I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Kristina Tansavatdi so close to home. I thought I would have to travel to Los Angeles for "good" procedures. I never dreamt I would actually get a nose job, but after visiting her office in Westlake (a 30 min drive for me) ,to remove filler I was unhappy with ,she asked how come I never considered rhinoplasty. I for sure thought it was out of my price range but after getting consulted she assured me how straightforward and simple my procedure was. It took about 6 months of deliberation, but I finally booked the appointment. Dr. Tansavatdi's office staff was very friendly and did not pressure me into anything what so ever. I loved that Dr. T was interested in giving me a natural look instead of a manufactured one that I at first wanted (I wanted a scooped/slped nose). While I was getting Rhinoplasty I brought up how I was also insecure about my chin. She actually deterred me away from the implant and when she said that I sort of knew she was not in the business of selling me something I didnt need. I ended up getting submittal liposuction and I can't tell you if Im more happy with that or the nose!! Im only 2 weeks post op and Im already loving the results and follow up care. I should have doctor shopped around but after one visit with her my gut told me I would be taken care of. Thank you Dr. T for literally giving me a whole second life that I thought I'd never have.

Dr. Tansavatdi is a miracle worker, plain and simple. I cannot recommend her enough. I went to Dr. T with a septoplasty that went terribly wrong. There were multiple problems done by the previous doctor. The tip of my nose was very pointy and hard, my nostrils were different sizes and my entire nose was leaning and collapsing on one side making it hard for me to breath. So much of my nose had been reduced that I wasn’t sure if anything could be done to help. I came to Dr. T feeling insecure, hopeless and defeated after enduring a botched procedure. I chose Dr. T because she specializes in nasal revision surgeries. She was very upfront and honest about all of the limitations of my procedure as well as the possible challenges she might face in surgery. I was very nervous but felt that any improvement would help. The results of Dr. T’s work FAR exceeded my expectations! She spent much longer than expected during my procedure to ensure the best results. She was able to take cartilage from my ear to replace what was previously lost and completely rebuild the structure. It’s like a completely different nose! The tip is rounded and natural, my whole nose is straightened and helped even out the nostrils, and I am able to breathe better. I am now able to go through daily life without struggling to breathe, constantly thinking about my nose and feeling shame about having a failed surgery. I only wish I had gone to Dr. T for my initial procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Tansavatdi for any nasal procedures. She is a protectionist and truly the best at what she does. You can rest assured that you will be in good hands.

The following is my wife’s experience with Dr. T: Dr. Tansavatdi was recommended to me while I was under the care of another surgeon. When I asked that surgeon who she would recommend for under-eye bag (blepharoplasty) surgery, she unequivocally stated if she was having facial surgery, Dr. Tansavatdi would be her choice. Having the endorsement of a surgeon who I respected as being very skilled, and I also trusted to be completely honest, meant a great deal to me. I wish to start this review by stating every member of Dr. Tansavatdi’s staff are incredible professionals. Each member of the team she has assembled are wonderful people. They are extremely friendly and personable, and do their absolute best to accommodate their patient’s needs. It is not uncommon for medical professionals to run late in meeting appointment schedules, however this has never been my experience with Dr. Tansavatdi’s office. I have always been seen right on time. This tells me Dr. Tansavatdi and her staff respect my time as much as I appreciate the time I am afforded during my office visits. Dr. Tansavatdi took the time to listen to my history and concerns, as well as the results I wished to achieve (a natural appearing result). Dr. Tansavatdi thoroughly explained the various options available to achieve my desired results in plain English, as well as how I might expect recover from each procedure. She thoroughly educated me regarding the benefits and potential limitations of each approach (surgical versus non-surgical procedures) in my desire to rid myself of my under-eye bags. It was immediately apparent to me Dr. Tansavatdi was passionate about her craft, and wished to collaboratively work with her patients to achieve the best possible result. I never felt pressured to go one way or the other – the decision was completely mine. As I am extremely nervous about any medical procedure, Dr. Tansavatdi did a great job of compassionately putting me at ease with her thorough and honest explanations. It has been my experience that Dr. Tansavatdi takes the time to get to know each of her patients, and create a relationship with them – which I really appreciate. I never got the feeling I was rushed out the door like just another box to tick in her daily schedule – she always took ample time to thoroughly conduct her examination, get to know me, and answer my questions. Because my procedure was purely cosmetic and not covered by insurance, Dr. Tansavatdi’s staff did a great job of explaining the various financial options available to me. I found the pricing to be extremely reasonable for my procedure, and definitely in-line with what I expected the procedure to cost. Her staff did a great job of explaining the pre-operative and post-operative steps (including medication) I needed to follow to achieve my desired result. On the day of my procedure, everyone did an outstanding job of putting me at ease and making the experience as smooth as possible. My surgical experience (in-office) was nothing short of outstanding. One thing which clearly separated Dr. Tansavatdi from other medical professionals I have seen in the past was that she herself called me on the evening following my procedure (well after normal office hours) to check on my welfare. One doesn’t often find that level of care and dedication these days. Insofar as my results are concerned, I couldn’t be happier. It was my feeling my under-eye bags made me look tired, older than I actually was – and generally affected the way I felt about myself. Dr. Tansavatdi is a true artist. People who never knew I had surgery have no idea I have undergone this procedure, as the results are completely natural looking. My highest praises to Dr. Tansavatdi and all her staff!

I'm a 54 year old male who is healthy and in pretty good shape but I had a lot of saggy skin on my neck and lower face that made me feel old and insecure about my appearance. I spent several years contemplating having surgery and doing research. I had consultations with several different surgeons. Dr. Tansavatdi was actually the last doctor I consulted and after seeing her, my wife and I immediately agreed that she was the one. Her qualifications are incredible, she is extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time listening to my concerns as well as explaining what her approach would be for my surgery. Her staff was super friendly and supportive. Hillary was outstanding with her communication and follow up. At this point, it has been only three weeks since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with my results. People that don't know I had surgery can't quite figure out what looks different about me. I look like the same person but way better. It's a trip to see my Adams apple and jaw line again. I feel really confident about the way I look and am extremely happy with my results. I highly recommend Dr. Tansavatdi.

Not only does Dr T give amazing facial results, her entire team provides an amazing customer experience. They are friendly, professional and are great at following up. They keep all their promises and they remember your name when you walk through their door. Every time I visit, they greet me with a very warm welcome, a wonderful smile and even offer me water or coffee. They are also very respectful of your time. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to see Dr T on my scheduled visits. Back to Dr T: She is very friendly and professional She is very detail oriented She is excellent at explaining everything in layman terms She told me exactly what I should expect before and after the surgery and has always delivered above my expectations.
