Krista the receptionist is someone who doesn't understand how nervous a person can be when booking a consult. She took down all of my personal information but wouldn't book an appointment until she had our insurance info. I explained that we would be paying cash. Without my insurance info, she informed me a consult would be in July and surgery 6 months after that. I ask her if she would kindly hold on to our info. That we will get back to her. Not 1 second after hanging up my phone blows up with messages regarding their office, patients etc. I opted stop but it didn't go through. I called her right back to get this stopped. She then said they will not be keeping our info and we will not be allowed to see Dr. Hurley because I was out of control. Thank goodness Krista isn't the one with the scalpel. She is not suited for her job. Zero compassion. Does anyone have the name of kind and caring office?

Dr Hurley repaired a chemosis and entropion repair in my right eye due to blepharoplasty by a plastic surgeon 6 years ago, and following attempted excision of chemosis by a corneal specialist 3 years ago. Dr Hurley's kindness and professionalism (and that of every staff member in his office) was exceptional. Everything was explained, questions were answered, calls returned-I couldn't be more impressed. I know this is how it should be, but with the care and treatment of the 2 other surgeons, I was a bit nervous. I would highly recommend Dr Hurley-he is a skillful surgeon and if I could award 10 stars, I would!

Dr. Hurley and his staff went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable when I was getting a bump removed from my eyelashes. I am nervous around needles but him and his staff were so patient and understanding about my concerns! The one nurse, I wish I got her name, felt like a friend by the end of my appointment. If your first consultation is booked far out don’t be discouraged, I was called and offered a sooner appointment that opened up!

Before I went to see Dr Hurley I had very heavy saggy eyelids. He did blepharoplasty on me and the results were amazing!!! My eyes lids feel so much lighter! I am so happy!! I totally recommend him!! He is an amazing surgeon!
