Dr. Schultz and his ENTIRE staff made my post breast cancer reconstruction journey full of laughs and most important GREAT care. Dr. Schultz is compassionate and makes you believe your his only client. He offers culturally supportive care as well. He and staff helped to educate me on specific post surgery care unique to being a woman of color. I was shown pre and post photos of WOC, breast shapes and sizes that I can identify with. This was SO important to me as a 50 YO WOC. Last, the puppies were such a great surprise. I looked forward to seeing both dogs every visit. If you're looking for a warm, compassionate practice THIS is the one. In fact this practice has cared for a number of my friends and family for many different reasons and I only hear the same thing- Dr. Schultz is AWESOME. This no exaggeration!

Dr Shultz performed my top surgery double mastectomy and I am extremely pleased. I'm a little over 1 year post op and the scars have healed fantastic. I feel so happy with the results. He listened to what I wanted from the surgery and delivered. The front desk, nurses and everyone in the building was so supportive and kind. One person there named Caitlyn was especially great. She really had a way of making me feel heard and supported. She made the entire process feel less scary and overall was very helpful and kind. Genuinely the most welcoming environment i've felt in a doctor setting. They respected me, they listened to what I was saying and I highly recommend for anything they offer. They are supportive of LGBT+ people and I feel very grateful I was able to get this surgery done by them. It has changed my life in the best way.

Artesia Plastic Surgery Dr. R. Shultz did a great job removing cyst from such a visible area of my lips. I was in panic mode because it was a sixty day healing process I hadn't anticipated. The final results are unrecognizable excellent job and the staff was the best answered all my concerns promptly. I do recommend...Thanks again!

Dr Schultz performed my double incision mastectomy top surgery in June of 2022. Over a year later, my results look great. He and his staff are very nice, friendly and informative. They took great care of me and made sure I felt safe. Very trans and LGBTQ+ friendly. They also had therapy dogs when I was there. I recommend him highly.
