I have had so many wonderful experiences here. Dr Lyly did my tummy tuck and she is absolutely the best! She is like an artist. I am so thankful that I found her. Aly at Vado is the person that makes you feel like your home. She is the coordinator that went over pricing and contracts. She always made me feel like the pricing was fair and always replied back with a text or call anytime I needed it. Then yesterday I did the special buy 40 get 20 free for Botox and I was nervous because I had a bad experience years ago but Michelle was so kind and took her time. She made me feel safe and not rushed. She was easy to talk to. These beautiful ladies are why I would only go to Vado. It is a beautiful office with beautiful and kind people. I am having another surgery there in April and I am So excited and know I will be in safe hands with Dr Lyly and team.

I had such an AMAZING experience getting my lips done! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ivan at the front desk, who was absolutely amazing. He made me feel so comfortable right away. He was super kind, welcoming, and has such a great personality. Maria brought me back and honestly made me feel like I was at home. She held my hand through the entire appointment while I was getting my lips done, which meant so much to me and helped calm my nerves. Shay was the injector and she was incredible. She walked me through the entire process step by step, was extremely gentle, and you can truly tell she’s a perfectionist. She took her time and made sure I left the chair not only happy, but with PERFECT lips. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or team. Highly recommend to anyone considering lip filler, you’ll be in the best hands! Shay and Maria are the best duo and I highly recommend them!!!

Best office I have ever been to for cosmetic needs! I got lip filler and Botox with Shay. Shay is extremely kind, personable and knowledgeable. My lips have the perfect bow and pout. I could not be happier. She really takes time to listen and is such a master in her craft. Her assistant is also so sweet and ensured I was comfortable the entire appointment. Ivan from the front desk is exceptional, he helped me book my appointment for the time and date I needed. I am so impressed with this company and all the amazing people that work for them! From the very beginning, starting with the financial and surgical planning with Aly, the always sweet receptionist Ivan, and the pre-operative care with nurse Luci, everything was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. I had my breast implant surgery just a week ago, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. On the day of surgery, every single person I interacted with was wonderful, from the receptionist, to the anesthesiologist, the nurses, and of course Dr. Afshari, who was truly outstanding. The whole team made me feel calm, safe, and cared for during such an important moment. The post-operative follow-up has been phenomenal, with so much attention to detail and genuine dedication. As a Brazilian, many people asked me why I didn’t just go to Brazil for the surgery, since it’s usually less expensive there. But honestly, the cost-benefit here was excellent. The price was very fair for the extremely high quality of care, service, and facilities both at the Winter Garden and the Altamonte Springs locations. I am beyond satisfied with the result, the professionalism, and the kindness of everyone at the clinic.
