After medical school, he completed a General Surgery residency followed by a Fellowship in Plastic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Health System South Pointe Hospital. To further his skills, he completed a Hand & Microvascular Fellowship at the University of California at San Diego, graduating in 2003.

Dr. Seto has truly blessed hands! He is by far the best doctor I have ever met. I told him I wanted to keep my round face with just a subtle change to my cheeks, and he delivered exactly what I envisioned. The chin I had hated for years is finally gone, and I couldn’t be happier! My recovery was smooth—I felt fine after just a week, and the stitches are barely visible. His work is truly amazing! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring doctor. Thank you 🙏🫶🏻

I had such an amazing experience with Dr Seto as well as his assistant Nicole. Dr Seto took his time to explain the whole process thoroughly and answer all my questions. His assistant Nicole calmed my nerves when I was freaking out lol she’s the absolute sweetest! I thought being out of state would make this process a hassle but Dr Seto and Nicole made me feel right at home. This was my first surgery with them and my only regret is not coming sooner! I cannot wait to come back for my BBL with the best duo !

I went to Dr. Seto for a neck liposuction procedure. He was very thorough in discussing the procedure and the outcome. His assistant was also great in ensuring that I had everything I needed for my upcoming procedure. The day of my surgery went smooth and my results are nothing short of amazing.

Dr. Seto did a fabulous job on my chin lipo! It was my first surgery and he and his assistant Nicole walked me throughout the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable. I’m only 3 days post op and already see amazing results, I can’t wait until I’m fully healed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Seto! Thank you for my experience :)

I had such a great experience!! My chin liposuction has been such a success and I’m healing great. Dr. Seto has was very informative about the surgery and made me feel at ease. Nicole his assistant is amazing and made me feel very welcomed and safe. They’ve been following up with me everyday since my surgery to make sure I’m doing well which is very important after receiving a surgery. I highly recommend them!
