Submitted an inquiry online but never received a reponse. So, then I called to see what the flat rate for a consulation would be. After being transferred to several diff depts, no one could give me an answer. I was being reidrected to the beginning again when I finally said forget it. It's a flat rate, why is this such a difficult question to answer? If this is how they operate, forget being a patient there!

I had a procedure done recently - Every single person on my care team was so professional, compassionate and caring! I am very glad I choose to go through UMass.

Face-lift or jowel removal was totally successful. The surgery was impeccable. Recovery from anesthesia was uneventful.. There was minimal pain that was manageable with Tylenol. Recovery was an easy 2 weeks. Six months later there is no evidence of surgery except for my looking 15 years younger.

This department has been farther from helpful for me. I have been trying to get a breast reduction for nearly a year, and this department is not very...

It seems neither reasonable nor necessary to require my social security number over the phone simply to schedule a consultation. As a brand new potential patient who’s not yet even been to your office, that seemed overly intrusive. I’m happy to provide a credit card if ensuring my appointment is a concern. But my ssn? Too much for an appointment scheduling phone call.
