A very modern Kaiser facility that they should try to do at their other ones. I like the digital interactive directory they have. It is and feels superclean. The floors seem spotless and the design of the building seems to all flow together. The pharmacy is huge and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. No problems at all.

I was super impressed with the blood draw area. Like the pharmacy, it is big and can accomodate a large number of people. It had children's toys for the kids. There are video screens so you can see your turn in line. The blood draw station is super efficent. The phlebotomists get you in and out in record time. The time that I got my blood drawn, the person was super friendly and nice.

The place has large comfortable chairs and sofas when waiting for your appointment. It made my time feel super comfortable. The Thrive store is cute and sometimes the people who oversee the store have other duties to do. If you talk to these employees, you would understand. The items they sell have are sometimes novelties but others are usefull.

Also, if you need help with something, I found someone willing to help me. I think Kaiser outdid themselves with this facility. The only problem I would see is the location of this facility. Other than that, an overall great experience.
