Horrible

I thought I did my due dilligence on this man. Please do not let him take your money as well as your self confidence!
I went to see him for an eyelid lift as well as a lip enhancement called permalip.
I am extremely unhappy with the result.
He was unprepared and I feel totally unfamiliar with the Permalip procedure . As I was waiting for him to show up pre op with the IV in he comes to the room to say hello but realizes he forgot the implants!!! So he has to go back to his office to retrieve them.
The results of the surgery as follows; upper eyelid lift, on left eye shape different due to poor judgement almost looks as if I had a slight burn on the outer corner.
The lips OMG this man obviously had never placed Permalip. The size was incorrect. Now on my bottom lip the implant covers only half of my lip.
He placed them so hi that there is absolutely no change in my lips except actually looking smaller. They are very thin. I can feel them in there but hey are placed incorrectly. And as I said the implant s have actually make my lips smaller and appear like a little bird beak or something. Hideous.
I did call Dr Raine he said he “did not have the wherewithal for any type of refund. I sent pictures also. Needless to say when you put your trust and your hard earned money and faith into a doctor it’s tragic when you are betrayed.
I have since seen another plastic surgeon who do me the surgery was grossly incompetent . He told me he could remove the implants for 3000.00 .
Please do not trust this doctor!
