Dealing with this office was a nightmare. They charged me nearly eight-hundred dollars in advance of a wisdom tooth surgery. I have severely impacted wisdom teeth that require surgical removal. Lately they have been more and more painful. One week before they procedure, they notify me that none of the surgery would be covered by my insurance, raising the price of the removal. When I cancelled and asked for a refund, they refunded me only six hundred and fifty dollars. Their reasoning for this was that the cost of the insurance for the procedure. Initially, the office charged me one hundred and seventy dollars for the consultation. Upon asking for my refund, the consultation amazingly cost another upwards of another one hundred dollars.

The consultation itself had taken place nine months prior. During my visit, the doctor spoke with me very briefly. He couldn't have been in my room for more than ten minute. He seemed incredibly disinterested in me as a patient and spoke condescendingly. I don't know another occupation where you can make one hundred and fifty (let alone three hundred) dollars for ten minutes of your time and still act so infuriatingly unprofessional.

Basically I'm out three hundred dollars and still have my wisdom teeth. They are clearly only in it for the money.
