Nov 22, 2024I went to Doctor Liu for a plastic surgery in October last year. I paid the full amount of $18200, and after various delays, the operation was cancelled at last. My patient coordinator promised me they will refund me, and initially told me they will refund me via the same credit card that was used for the initial payment. Later they told me, they would have to write a check instead. And after that, my patient coordinator ghosted on me. In March, I was finally able to meet Dr Liu, and he told me he will wire transfer the refund via online banking. Unfortunately, he disappeared and ghosted on me immediately after that.
It's already been 5 months since the initial request for refund, and since then no one is answering my call nor reply me. I can't get in contact with Dr. Liu in any way, and now I feel like they are fraud. I'm now undergoing procedure to sue them.
