May 2, 2025This is such a nice place to go. All of the receptionists and staff are beautiful and have perfect skin, so you know they are going to make you look good too. They are also always, and I mean always in a happy mood and very patient and kind in the most genuine way possible. I have been going here since 2017. Every single phone interaction, every in-person interaction has always had the same kind energy to it. You just don't experience this in customer service anywhere anymore.
I moved 3 hours away from Madison in 2021, and I still drive back every 12 weeks for Dax. I tried 4 other providers closer to where I currently live, and have either had results that were meh, or really screwed up - like my lateral brow drooped and my face moved funny - eek! The injection experience in itself was awkward and more painful too.
The first provider I saw at Radiance was Anne P. She wasn't the first provider I had ever gone to for tox, so I recognized immediately she had a high skill level. She is extremely confident, talented, and educated on what she is doing, but is still respectful of what the patient wants. She knows exactly where she is going with the needle, she goes quick, there is minimal pain, and the results look good. Everyone I have ever had an appointment with at Radiance I have had a similar experience - probably because Anne trains them. I have gone 7 other places total, and only one was as good as Radiance.
Filler is an art. Tox is an art. It is hard to know whether you are going somewhere where the person knows what they are doing. They are going to charge you the same whether they do or not; you don't get a beginner's discount. Trust me, go to Radiance.
Also, I wanted to add, when I had the negative tox experience with my face moving funny with another spa, I texted Anne and she responded and gave me advice. That really speaks volumes about how she cares about her patients even if they are going somewhere else for services.
