I recently visited Couture Dermatology & Plastic Surgery, and I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was magnificent—inviting and relaxing. It's the type of place where you could park your computer and stay all day, which is rare for a medical setting. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:10 AM, but as a new patient, I arrived at 9:30 AM (PST) just to be safe. To my surprise, they called me back to the room at 9:58 AM (PST), even though they had a 10:00 AM appointment ahead of me. They informed me there might be a slight delay, but I appreciated the communication.

Dr. Candace Spann entered my room by 10:30 AM (PST) and was very knowledgeable. She explained that the procedure I was interested in wasn't covered by insurance and walked me through the pros and cons. Ultimately, she assured me that the procedure was minor and not medically necessary unless I really wanted it, which I found honest and reassuring. They also provided a clear cost breakdown before I left.

Overall, my experience was super amazing. The office's atmosphere, efficiency, and professionalism were top-notch. Disclaimer: I have not had any medical or cosmetic surgeries here, so I can't speak to those procedures, but based on my first impression, this place definitely deserves 5 stars!
