Apr 11, 2025The experience my mother had was amazing. She had a consultation with Dr Segal and immediately felt that she was in good hands to move forward with eye surgery. The staff at the surgery center were extremely nice and professional and made my mother feel very comfortable in their care. My mother had very little bleeding after the surgery and when we called that afternoon after surgery they called us back immediately and told us to expect a little bleeding. We were so impressed with how quickly they responded to our call. The postoperative instructions were very clear and helpful and we followed them exactly with the results we were looking for in the healing. The postoperative appointment made my mother feel very good with thorough care for the stitch removal and Dr. Segal took her time to clarify our questions and explain more about the procedure. I want to also recognize Wanda for her prompt response to the forms required for my employer for me to submit on time. I appreciated that support to be available to support my mother during her recovery. I highly recommend this practice for their professional work and kindness. My mother is so pleased with the results!!!
