Let me be very clear… the medical care at this office is fantastic. I have been going here for several years now for a few issues, and I could not be happier with the care I have received.

The problem is the front desk. Horrible communication, nobody is ever available if you call in… I am ALWAYS sent to voicemail and NEVER receive a call back. They also give inconsistent information. I called to inquire if there would be a fee imposed for canceling an appointment on the day of. The girl at the desk told me there would be no fee, so, I canceled. A couple weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $50 for a “no show” fee.

I call and explain the situation to the (different) girl at the front desk and she then tells me that there is a fee, but understands what I was told and that she would have the office manager call me back so we could straighten it out… I never got a call back.

I also called to get a copy of my medical records… again, sent to managers voicemail and never got a call back. I had to call a second time, and, by pure luck, the manager answered her phone and I was able to get what I needed.

So, just be aware… medical care is top notch. Customer service is severely lacking.
