Mar 5, 2026Unfortunately I truly regret ever trusting GENTERA with my nose. I went in with high hopes for a rhinoplasty and septoplasty to improve my breathing and fix a deviated septum. What I got was a nightmare. My septum is STILL deviated, I now have valve collapse, and an inferior spur on the left side. My breathing issues are worse than before!
To make things worse, he filed down the dorsum of my nose so much that the midline is completely flattened with a visible depression I never asked for. I looks bad and feel terrible.
I returned to the doctor multiple times, but each visit was met with an insulting lack of accountability. He constantly gave me ridiculous excuses and even suggested a revision surgery—at my expense, costing between $4,000 and $5,000—just to correct what should have been done properly in the first place.
I Went to the specialist and The official ENT medical report even says I now need revision septorhinoplasty with another doctor because of “persistent septal deviation, septal spurs, and valve collapse.”
BAD EXPERIENCE AND REALLY BAD RESULTS!!
