Having practiced as a Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon and Head and Neck Surgeon in New York, NY since 1993, Dr. Portnoy has transitioned to warmer skies. A graduate of Brandeis University and The George Washington University School of Medicine, he specializes in Rhinoplasty, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
