I had an absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Portnoy. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless -valet parking, check-in, and the appointment itself were all incredibly efficient. I was a new patient and managed to get an appointment within a day, which is practically unheard of! Dr. Portnoy was not only professional but also genuinely kind and pleasant throughout the entire visit. His expertise and care truly made a difference in my life. I walked out of his office feeling like a brand-new person. If you’re looking for a doctor who is both skilled and compassionate, I cannot recommend him enough!

I had an appointment with Dr. Portnoy, and despite feeling nervous at first, he made me feel at ease by thoroughly explaining everything and outlining steps I could take to improve. The entire visit was seamless, from the moment I arrived to when I left. Dr. Portnoy also followed up with me to discuss my next steps and provided useful information. The staff was professional, kind, and patient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend him.

I has recently referred to Dr. Portnoy, due to some serious sinus issues that I've been facing for quite some time. I was amazed with how Dr. Portnoy was able to connect with me, include me on the plan of care and explain everything in a way that I could understand. Dr. Portnoy is not one of those typical doctors that barely look at your face and listen to what you have to say. He in fact, is anything BUT this. He listens to what you have to say and treats you like a real human being. He is nice, attentive and very knowledgeable and makes you feel confident about the treatment. I won't think twice if I need an ENT doctor again and I don't hesitate recommending him to anyone.

During my consultation with Dr. Portnoy; he was able to properly diagnose and treat my ongoing ear infection. By the time the follow up came about the infection successfully cleared up. If any issues reoccur I feel confident going back to his practice knowing he will treat me well.
