Based on my experience the staff did a great job of providing excellent customer care for me as a patient. After my procedure they called me several times the following days to ensure that I was coming along okay. They constantly reminded that they were there for my full support if it was anything that I needed from them. My experience with them was a 10/10. Great staff and they see their patients as more than just customers but people.

Dr. Klapper is outstanding. I had an unexpected reaction to an eyelid surgery, but he gave me complete reassurance and then resolved the issue completely. I don’t think any other surgeon could have handled it so effectively. He is at the top of his field.

I had a mass growing on my eyelid during my last pregnancy, and I could not get an appointment anywhere. Nobody was taking my concern seriously. Dr. Klapper’s staff not only got me scheduled promptly for a consultation, but took care to schedule the surgery only a couple days afterwards, which was a tremendous relief to me. The receptionist always remembered me by name, and the quality of work Dr. Klapper did on my eye was astounding…it’s only a couple months later, and you can’t tell that I had surgery at all. It was the most stressful part of pregnancy for me, not knowing what the (ultimately benign, praise God!) tumor was, and they did everything with excellence. I could not recommend their office enough.

Thank you so much to Dr Klapper and staff including Natalie, Nancy and Karen for excellent care. Dr Klapper did a great job and is very detail oriented. I had a few bumps in the road and Dr Klapper guided me through the healing process with patience and kindness. I myself learned to be patient and trust the process. It’s been a year since my surgery and I couldn’t be happier.

Dr Klappers’s office staff is amazing. Made me feel extremely comfortable the first time I walked in, and I was very nervous when I did. Dr Klapperr’s nurse was great throughout the entire process. . Dr Klapper did a great job on my procedure. Very happy with the outcome. He was great to work with from the first meeting, through surgery and completion. Would highly recommend Dr Klapper.
